Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all phases of agile software development including initiation, design, development, and testing
- Gather, develop, document, and validate business needs, requirements, and specifications
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams on enhancements, changes, and issues impacting development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a Capability / Business Analyst
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements and user stories
- Proficiency in Agile environments
- Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
