Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst - Requirements Writing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training sessions on writing effective business and functional requirements
Review and assess current documentation practices across teams
Provide frameworks, templates, and examples for writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and BRDs

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Requirements Engineering
Experience working with software within the healthcare domain
Proven experience training or mentoring teams on writing business and functional requirements
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
BA certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
