Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong expertise in writing detailed and structured business requirement documents (BRDs)
• Ability to lead effective and engaging requirement-gathering sessions
• Deep understanding of banking operations, including consumer/commercial banking, lending, and mortgage servicing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
