Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Clinical Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage issue tracking, vendor communication, and status updates for defect and change requests
• Coordinate testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing
• Analyze operational processes and reports to identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in healthcare or health insurance
• Working knowledge of CMS and DHHS guidance
• Experience with Utilization Management and Appeals & Grievances workflows
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and implement projects effectively
