Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions in collaboration with clients and technical resources
Plan and design business processes and system modifications, and make recommendations to improve business activities
Gather and document complex business requirements, create test case scenarios, and support QA, UAT, and release phases of projects

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
Previous experience in the health insurance industry is required
Knowledge of business analysis concepts and experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment
Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an advantage
