Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate a business analyst team's activities on IT projects and mentor newer team members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Experience with requirement-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
