• Gathers, analyzes, and documents requirements to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Leads discovery sessions and manages JIRA boards for project tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
• 10+ years of banking experience across various business units
• At least 5 years of experience in analysis
• Experience in developing business cases and business requirements documentation
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
