Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between IT and business, developing functional specifications for digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage cross-departmental teams to transform business requirements into user and functional requirements
• Document business needs for digital project deliverables in collaboration with UI/UX designers and technology teams
• Develop business cases, user scenarios, and maintain software requirements specifications

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of related experience
• Experience managing requirements and creating software requirements specifications
• Strong experience in creating user stories for digital solutions
• Working knowledge of software development methodologies in the digital space
• Proficiency in SQL
