Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst who will support modernization efforts and enhance customer experience through collaboration and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements throughout the development life cycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose epic stories into features and user stories
• Facilitate team meetings and support the Project Manager in coordinating activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least five (5+) years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master managing IT software development
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with application testing
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum and Jira
