A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Systems team.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Systems/IT delivery and managing complex technology projects
• Mastery in Salesforce system configuration and customization, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in structured problem solving and evaluating problems to develop resolution options
