Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement for CLM projects
Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and design future-state processes
Configure CLM systems and support implementation, including training and user adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CLM or related software
Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within CLM systems
Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools related to contract performance metrics
