Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Salesforce and Zuora teams, providing technical guidance and performance management
• Drive implementation of agile methodologies and manage the full project lifecycle for CRM initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce CRM implementations and development
• 3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading technical teams
• Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies
• Experience with Zuora and CPQ implementations
• MBA or relevant project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master)
