Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business users and the application development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between user groups and the application development team, refining processes and developing programming specifications
• Conduct testing of development outputs to ensure specifications are met and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide technology support through ongoing testing and data audits, focusing on annual renewal processes

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in process documentation and development
• Proficiency in writing application development specifications and testing modifications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, utilizing remote collaboration tools
