Key Responsibilities

• Create IT process training catalog
• Work closely with project managers, BAs, leaders, and stakeholders for alignment and coordination
• Provide analysis and support for IT processes, including gap analysis and process mapping

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance Industry
• Strong experience in creating IT process training documents
• 3-5 years of experience in M&A projects
