Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with product leaders and development teams to analyze customer problems and contribute to product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to inform product planning and translate customer problems into actionable user stories
• Manage the product backlog in alignment with product strategy and guide product performance monitoring
• Contribute to the development and training of product practices to enhance team capabilities and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience with agile processes in a software development environment
• Experience in analyzing complex data and providing actionable insights
• Experience in supporting or developing business analysis training and collateral
• Understanding of the SaaS/Fintech/Accounting industry or relevant sectors
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching team members
