• Capture and document business processes and requirements based on stakeholder needs
• Create process diagrams and flow charts, mapping business processes to customer requirements
• Collaborate with software developers and customers to scope projects and evaluate requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in creating process diagrams and flow charts
• 5 years of experience working in an Agile development environment
• Familiarity with Jira
