Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
• Support roadmap execution by gathering data, tracking progress, and making recommendations
• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for product development

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field, or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience
• Ability to independently prioritize requirements and manage competing stakeholder interests
• Strong collaborative mindset with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies preferred
