Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Insurance (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions in collaboration with clients and technical resources
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes; create test case scenarios and oversee testing
• Develop business requirements documents and support project phases including QA, UAT, and release

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Insurtech or health insurance
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts and Agile methodologies
• Fluency in Spanish and willingness to work in Central European Time or Central Time Zone
