Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - POS.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with retail stakeholders to document business needs and opportunities within POS environments
• Lead the analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements for system implementation
• Conduct process mapping for current and future-state POS operations and assist in the creation of KPIs for evaluation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a retail technology environment
• Familiarity with frameworks for gathering requirements and prioritizing features
• Proven experience with POS, mPOS, or SCO systems
• Familiarity with retail processes such as inventory and sales transactions
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and documentation
