Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
  • Outline design specifications and analyze business processes to support customer experience goals
  • Verify that business requirements are met by validating test results against the requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in requirements management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid services
  • Experience in requirements change management and traceability (RTM)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with relational databases
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
