Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages business stakeholders to gather requirements and support the development lifecycle
• Troubleshoots system and process issues and leads initiative level discovery efforts
• Documents solutions for training and process development while defining success measurements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in business, mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with product management and software development tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
• Knowledge of healthcare financial accounts and SAFe Agile principles is highly desired
• SAFe POPM, PMI - PBA, or equivalent Business Analyst certifications are highly desired
