Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on mortgage banking or finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and document current state business processes through stakeholder interviews and data analysis
• Define and communicate future state requirements that align with business goals and compliance needs
• Create documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process maps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in mortgage banking or finance
• Experience with SQL for data validation and collaboration
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and data analysis
• Experience working with data teams, particularly in Power BI, is a plus
