Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational strategy and business processes to develop aligned solutions
• Utilize data to track sales quotas, develop forecasts, and provide reporting
• Assist in financial assessments, solutions planning, and the RFP process

Required Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years of functional experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of eight years of functional experience including four years in a specific role
• Recognized skilled specialist in the job area, capable of leading daily operations
• Experience in making recommendations for new procedures and enhancements
• Ability to work independently on complex assignments with a high degree of initiative
• Proficiency in administrative or technical support at a specialist level
