Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and validate business requirements for CLM projects
Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and design future-state processes for optimization
Configure CLM systems and support implementation, including testing and user training

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CLM or related contract management software
Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
Proficiency in process mapping and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
