Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to implement cloud-based big data analytic solutions for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, production support, and analytics strategy
• Guide clients through secure data ingestion and collaborate with engineering teams for data transformation
• Design dimensional models and OLAP cubes for healthcare analytics and support dashboard/report development

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years of client-facing consulting, Business Analyst, or Client Service experience; SaaS experience preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology and experience with healthcare data sets
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with experience in cloud data platforms
• Familiarity with data integration protocols and experience with ticket-based tracking systems
