Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for client requests using critical thinking and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Identify trends in large datasets to inform client strategic direction and create detailed presentations on contingent labor program achievements
• Build relationships with key client personnel and deliver value-added solutions to complex challenges

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance, Math, HR/Procurement, or Economics
• 2-5+ years of experience in an accounting or analytically focused role
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with lookup tables and pivot tables
• Experience in dashboard creation and business intelligence reporting tools is a plus
• Commitment to internal and external customer service
