Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to document requirements for business and IT stakeholders
• Provide analytical guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools while ensuring data quality and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience (or 11 years without a degree)
• Experience in Healthcare Payor/Health Plan and data warehousing
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with claims adjudication
• Experience in an agile environment and familiarity with BI tools for data visualization
