Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead initiatives on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering through workshops and interviews, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria
• Translate requirements into configurations for ITAM/HAM and related modules within ServiceNow
• Oversee asset lifecycle management processes, ensuring compliance and vendor coordination

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow ITAM/HAM expertise
• Proven track record in requirements gathering and implementation across SAM/HAM and CMDB
• Strong process optimization skills, including ITIL and Lean methodologies
• Deep understanding of asset lifecycle processes and healthcare compliance
• Experience with dashboard/reporting tools like Performance Analytics or Power BI
