Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and recommends business processes to enhance business activities
• Analyzes and documents client business requirements and creates test scenarios for business applications
• Facilitates meetings with clients to gather requirements and assists in coordinating business analyst tasks on IT projects

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Healthcare industry, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Experience with MMIS Claims (excluding EDI)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with the interface of information technology and functional groups within an organization
• Familiarity with business processes and re-engineering, as well as basic programming concepts
