Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Claims).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and develop technical solutions for complex information systems
• Manage requirement scope and serve as a bridge between IT teams and clients throughout project phases
• Lead client demos and presentations while prioritizing and scheduling work assignments based on project plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of business analysis experience or master's degree with 5+ years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large complex projects in the Medicare healthcare vertical
• Minimum 3 years of Lead Business Analyst experience on large complex projects
• Strong knowledge of Medicare policies, claims adjudication, and reimbursement methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL and strong technical/database knowledge
