Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and user needs
• Create and review detailed documentation of business systems and processes, ensuring clarity and organization
• Collaborate on project plans and facilitate requirements analysis and verification sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry is preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory and legislative mandates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
