Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, Professional Services & Digital Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Customer Success technology ecosystem, establishing standards and frameworks for scalable delivery
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and maintain ownership of multi-team projects to ensure solutions meet evolving business needs
• Engage with teams to gather and analyze requirements, while managing a backlog of enhancements and acting as the technology owner for relevant platforms

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SaaS B2B environments and Professional Services functions
• Experience with PSA or project/work management tools and customer hubs
• Technical experience with CS/GTM tools and ability to influence diverse teams
