Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance, Claims (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions in collaboration with clients and technical resources
• Gather and document complex business requirements and processes, and create test case scenarios for business applications
• Support QA, UAT, and Release phases of projects while assisting in updating process documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry and claims processes
• Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment
• Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an advantage
