Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, People Digital Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and analysis of people processes to identify value opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives
  • Translate HR requirements into technical specifications, manage vendor relationships, and oversee implementation phases
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing and prepare go-live assets to ensure successful adoption of HR technology solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as a business analyst or implementation specialist focused on HR systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading major HR system projects, including requirements gathering and vendor management
  • Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms and understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience in complex global organizations with diverse HR practices
