Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a business analyst or product specialist in HR systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience leading major HR system projects, including vendor management
- Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of various HR processes and their associated regulations
