Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current state analysis to identify value opportunities in HR processes
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by automating manual HR processes
• Act as the primary contact for HR platform vendors and manage enhancement phases

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a business analyst or product specialist in HR systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience leading major HR system projects, including vendor management
• Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of various HR processes and their associated regulations
