Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
• Gather and evaluate information to make recommendations for process or system enhancements
• Lead teams in exploring and implementing process improvement strategies for business processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and solution presentation
• 4+ years of experience with financial and risk analysis, including making recommendations
• In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and methodologies
• Proficiency in business process analytics using tools like Excel and flowcharting
