Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Data and Reporting Team for a digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data and reporting
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and ensure accurate implementation with the development team
• Manage testing activities and provide support and training to business users on data and reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on data and reporting
• Strong expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
• Proven experience in eliciting and documenting complex requirements from senior business stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
