Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Senior - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute independently on medium-sized projects or collaborate on large projects with stakeholders to ensure a superior customer experience
• Define and validate business needs, assess capability gaps, and determine solution options
• Plan business analysis activities, manage requirements traceability, and adhere to business analysis standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years of work experience in business analysis
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Advanced understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver against job accountabilities
