Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements for applications and initiatives
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating requirement gathering and Agile delivery
• Manage project scope, objectives, and stakeholder communications while ensuring project goals are met

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Business Analyst experience or equivalent education and experience
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
• Experience working in a Scrum environment and understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
