Job Summary

A company is looking for an End User Research Lead - Senior BA.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for end-user research initiatives and establish research goals
Direct research activities and interface with senior management regarding user requirements
Develop and deliver service management documents in alignment with ITIL practices

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
At least 5 years of experience supporting large IT programs for DoD
At least 2 years of experience leading issues analysis and presenting deliverables to senior audiences
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
