Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Process).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate current business processes related to utilization management, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to develop, test, and implement system and process enhancements
• Facilitate process mapping activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new workflows and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field; or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 5 years of operational analysis experience or 2 years as a Business Process Analyst
• Deep understanding of utilization management processes and best practices
• Technical knowledge of systems such as Guiding Care and Facets
• Preferred certifications include PMI Business Analysis certification
