Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with PBM vendors and manage relationships
Create user stories, use cases, and gather requirements
Work with error and control reports related to PBM systems

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
Experience with FACETS, benefits eligibility, and integrated accumulators
Proficiency in JIRA for project management
SQL experience is preferred for report generation
Experience in PBM implementation is a plus
