Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Configurator (ServiceNow).

Key Responsibilities

Engage with federal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Translate agency and mission requirements into ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform capabilities and federal best practices
Configure and support ServiceNow modules to meet program, operational, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience
ServiceNow certifications
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow software installation and configuration
Experience working in Agile development environments
