Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements for CLM projects
• Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and collaborate with clients to design future-state processes
• Configure CLM systems based on requirements and support testing phases to ensure solution quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on CLM or related contract management software
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
• Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights from contract performance metrics
