Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the activities of business analysts and execution team members
• Facilitate the development of business requirements documents and oversee daily work assignments
• Coordinate with technical teams and assist in planning, resource allocation, and project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, or Computer Science preferred; relevant experience may substitute
• Five to seven years of data analysis or project management experience, with three years in a supervisory role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with DB2, SQL Server, and Sybase
• Familiarity with SDLC concepts and experience with Kanban methodology
• Experience working with Developers, Project Managers, and Quality Assurance Managers preferred
