Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution options and support user acceptance testing
• Build relationships with business partners to understand goals and facilitate alignment between business and IT teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with complex technical or data-driven projects
• Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of data flows, APIs, integrations, and enterprise system design principles
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart)
