Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand cross-functional stakeholder needs and facilitate requirement negotiations
• Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications and business process workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project coordination and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Professional Business Analyst certification preferred
• At least 5-7 years of experience in software application development or support, preferably in healthcare
• At least 4-6 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in the health insurance field highly preferred
• Strong understanding of industry-standard Business Analysis techniques and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
