Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III to analyze complex business problems and drive process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product development backlog and translate strategic requirements into executable work
• Lead Agile practices across multiple workstreams, including sprint-planning sessions and backlog refinement
• Identify opportunities for improvement and manage complex stakeholder needs while tracking key Agile metrics

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in health informatics, computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in software-development projects
• Extensive experience leading requirements for large-scale programs or multiple workstreams
• Advanced expertise in requirements frameworks and methodologies, including requirements-management tools
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum practices
