Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and development teams
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify and understand stakeholders' needs
Lead successful product delivery using Agile frameworks and promote best practices for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or product owner
Experience in Property/Casualty or Specialty insurance markets is required
Bachelor's degree or related work experience in business administration, finance, IT, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Agile delivery tools and methodologies
CPCU or IIA Certifications or comparable insurance certification preferred
