Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, Precision Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Support multi-year portfolio planning, automation, AI enablement, and financial management
• Coordinate risk/issue logs, action trackers, and cross-team dependencies
• Drive quarterly planning processes, including prioritization and status reporting

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of business operations experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• 6+ years in business analysis, project/portfolio coordination, PMO, finance/operations, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial tracking and budgeting
• Expertise in Agile delivery environments and technology lifecycle processes
• Proven experience with technology management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI
